About Chris
Chris created Grounded ADHD around a simple idea: people with ADHD usually don’t need more information. They need a way to turn what they already know into a life that actually works.
His approach comes from years of work in coaching, education, yoga, behaviour change, and personal development. He holds degrees in Sociology and Geography and has spent much of his career teaching, coaching, building training programs, and helping people make meaningful changes in how they live and work.
Chris is interested in the practical side of change.
How do you build structure when your brain resists structure? How do you follow through when motivation disappears? How do you stop living in cycles of overwhelm, avoidance, intensity and burnout? How do you create routines without turning your life into a rigid productivity system?
That is where Grounded ADHD comes in.
Chris does not believe people need to become completely different versions of themselves to function well. The goal is to understand how you operate, reduce unnecessary friction, build systems that fit you, and develop enough stability that your strengths can actually work for you.
The work is practical, direct and individualized. Depending on the person, that may include focus, routines, sleep, exercise, relationships, confidence, emotional regulation, work, decision-making, dating, or simply getting life back under control.
There is no expectation that you become perfectly organized, endlessly productive or optimized every minute of the day.
The goal is something much more useful:
To feel grounded.
To know what matters.
To trust yourself to follow through.
And to build a life that feels increasingly like your own.
